So far, it seems that the only mSATA SSD available is the Intel 310 series. Are there any other mSATA SSDs out there?

Hi there, i also heard about something about RENICE. it is known by people at overseas gradually. it seems their typical items are 1.8" ZIF and 50mm mSATA PCI-E SSD. my friend got a RENICE ZIF SSD from *** dot com a few days ago, very good performance. once i get my new thinkpad X220i, plan to try their mSATA SSD also/

Later will post my reviews here .

There is a bit of confusion over this format - some manufacturers called it 50mm mSata - some call it micro Sata - better to state what model laptop your have then we can recommend which SSD you need.

Guys, Samsung has got mSATA series with reasonable capacities. I bought about one year ago such a 1.8" mSATA drive with 256GB capacity !!! I installed it into regular 2.5" HDD bay via mSATA - SATA adaptor. Works really great !

Transcend also is manufacturing 1.8" SSD, but 128GB is the highest model. And I understand from their website that is SATA not mSATA.
